All our orders are prepared with the utmost care in our workshop in the Île-de-France within 24 working hours.
Delivery is free in France and Europe.
Orders are shipped from France:
- to home or pickup point
- with tracking number sent by email
Indicative deadlines:
- Mainland France: 3 to 4 working days
- Europe: 4 to 9 working days depending on the destination
Return and withdrawal policy
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
As a commercial gesture, we extend this period to 30 days.
Return conditions
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- undamaged
- in their original condition and packaging
Any item returned incomplete, worn, or damaged cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or order preparation errors.

We will provide you with the procedure to follow and the return address.
The package must be sent with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for loss without tracking.
Refund
The refund will be processed within 5 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
