Products are presented with the utmost care. Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable for micro-entrepreneurs), excluding delivery charges.

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

5. Order and payment

Any order implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
Payment is made via credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site, through a secure platform.
The order is confirmed once the payment is validated.

6. Delivery

We deliver in France and Europe via La Poste.

  • Delivery times : 2 to 4 working days in France, up to 7 days in Europe.

  • Prices : Delivery is free throughout Europe.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day period, which we extend to 30 days, to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do this, send an email to contact@bijouxcroix.com specifying your order number.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in their original packaging, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized or opened products cannot be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 5 days after receipt of the compliant return.

8. Warranty and liability

The products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
Bijoux Croix cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions related to materials clearly indicated in the product sheets.
