Can I return a piece of jewelry if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to exercise your right of return. The jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?

Are return shipping costs my responsibility?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective product.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once the jewelry is returned and inspected, we will process the refund within 59 business days.

Are your jewelry water-resistant?
Yes, our jewelry is water-resistant. However, to preserve their shine and longevity, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfume, or any chemical products.
Are your jewelry guaranteed?
Yes, all our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year against any manufacturing defects. In case of an issue, simply contact us with a photo of the concerned jewelry.
